These Terms and Conditions apply to all makeup services provided by Sabrina Walsh ABN: 35492895421 to you.
Upon booking a service with Sabrina Walsh, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
DEPOSITS
Client is required to pay an upfront deposit through the online booking system, this is non refundable and non transferable. Without payment of the deposit through the online booking system, your booking is not secured.
One payment transaction, of the full remaining amount is due in person at your appointment. All remaining funds must be processed prior to leaving your appointment.
RESCHEDULING
Sabrina Walsh Makeup Artistry is liable to reschedule a clients appointment to another date or time. It is to Sabrina’s discretion whether compensation is required, based on the circumstances/reasoning behind rescheduling the clients appointment.
It is up to the discretion of Sabrina Walsh Makeup Artistry to reschedule an appointment, based on your circumstances.
No appointments under any circumstance can hold a secondary date, as a potential replacement for the original date. Clients rescheduling an appointment must confirm one date only. Sabrina Walsh Makeup Artistry has the right keep all available dates and time open to booking purposes, after discussing a backup date for your special occasion. If it was not rescheduled on the spot, it is not secure.
PAYMENT
All makeup appointments and/or lessons require either full or a deposit payment upfront and done so via my online booking system. www.sabrinawalshmakeupartistry.com. Should direct deposit payment method be chosen, you are required to email info@sabrinawalshmakeupartistry.com first to request bank details, followed by a payment receipt provided to you by your bank.
CANCELATIONS & REFUNDS
If for any reason you need to cancel your makeup booking, please do so by notifying me via email at your earliest convenience. All payments are non-refundable and therefore will not be refunded in the case of any cancellation. At our discretion, reschedule the appointment to another date, depending on the circumstance.
Sabrina Walsh Makeup Artistry is liable to cancel a clients appointment. It is to Sabrina’s discretion whether compensation, refunds or store credit is given.
Sabrina Walsh Makeup Artistry takes full responsibility for cancelling a clients appointment and therefore will provide some form of compensation to her discretion. A refund booking system fee will apply to all refunds and will vary depending on the cost. Sabrina Walsh Makeup Artistry is not liable to reimburse the fee to the respected client that comes with the refund.
LOCATION
Refunds are not provided where a customers inability to travel for the appointment applies.
All makeup applications and/or lessons are located at 27 Latrobe Terrace, Paddington QLD. Free street parking is available.
Any bookings outside my studio that requires me to travel will need to be negotiated via email.
The client will be notified in advance of any change to location to allow for adjustment to travel plans. Refunds will not be provided in the event Sabrina requires a change of appointment location.
TRAVEL BOOKINGS
There is free street parking available along Latrobe Terrace, Paddington. In circumstances where parking fees apply, the client will be required to cover all costs when makeup services are being conducted.
For all services that require travel to the clients location, it is essential that the client provides their confirmed address at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time. This ensures punctuality and efficiency in your service delivery. Failure to provide a confirmed address with the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund. Additionally, any costs incurred by Sabrina Walsh Makeup Artistry due to the incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the client will be the clients responsibility.
A travel fee is applicable to all bookings that require Sabrina to travel outside of my studio and will be negotiated prior to securing a booking. In the event that any parking fees are incurred as a result of the location of the booking, these will be passed on to the client. If onside parking is not available, the client is responsible to notify Sabrina so other arrangements can be made.
Parking delays caused by the clients miscommunication or lack of information may result in the artists inability to start the service on time, finish the total services booked or begin the service at all. Please be specific and thorough with travel and parking information to avoid disappointment.
HEALTH & SAFETY
The makeup chair provided has a weight rating of 130kgs only. Should this be not suitable, please notify us ahead of time and in advance of your appointment for us to find a suitable alternative. Sabrina Walsh Makeup Artistry are under no obligation to ask clients their weight; the onus is on the clients to advise Sabrina ahead of time.
Sabrina Walsh Makeup Artistry reserves the right to refuse service if the client is displaying contagious viral symptoms including but not limited to vomiting, diarrhoea, suspicious rash or cold sores.
Sabrina Walsh Makeup Artistry is not, under any circumstances, responsible or liable for any allergic reactions to products used. The onus is on the client to give advance notice if you or any of your group have specific allergies or sensitivities. In no event shall Sabrina have any liability for incidental or consequential damages.
Sabrina reserves the right to refuse the application of the clients personal makeup or false eyelashes.
Children in attendance of the booking are to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Children are not to be in the service area at any time, unless they’re having a service done and being supervised by a responsible adult. This is for their own safety; Sabrina uses expensive, very heavy, electrical equipment, which can tip or become damaged if not used correctly. Sabrina is not responsible for watching children. By making a booking with Sabrina Walsh Makeup Artistry, you acknowledge and accept this policy and release Sabrina from any liability if such a situation should arise.
COUPON CODES
If applicable coupon codes are not used or entered correctly, promotional discount reimbursements will not be made to the client under any circumstances. Clients take full responsibility to ensure the correct details are entered.
Coupon codes in some cases, to the discretion of Sabrina Walsh Makeup Artistry, may be used to reimburse a client with store credit.
The client attached to the coupon code is only entitled to redeem that for her/himself. Coupon codes used to book other clients appointments will be terminated and the appointment forfeited without compensation. No coupon codes include any of the available bridal makeup services, including bridal makeup trials, for anyone in the bridal party. Coupon codes cannot be used on/to upgrade bookings made on any previous or future date. They are only applicable when booked between the addressed timeframe. Any/all coupon discounts only apply to bookings inside the studio. No discounts apply when travelling outside of the studio.
GIFT VOUCHERS
In order to purchase a Gift Vouchers, you will need to email Sabrina Walsh Makeup Artistry. Gift Vouchers come with a minimum purchase amount of $50.00AUD and can be spent on All Services, including Bridal Services. If you wish to purchase or redeem a Gift Voucher on Bridal Services, you can do that via emailing us. Gift Vouchers being redeemed for Bridal Services are not yet available via the online booking system.
Gift Vouchers will be delivered by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order. Our Gift Vouchers include unique numbers and configurable patterns which must be redeemed on our Website, as full or part payment of services from our Website. A Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Voucher.
When ordering a Gift Certificate, you should ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Voucher.
Site offers and promotions (including discounts) do not apply when purchasing gift vouchers
All Gift Vouchers have an expiry date of 12 months from the date of issue.
Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded under any circumstance.
We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, deleted, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
TRADING HOURS
Sabrina Walsh Makeup Artistry is liable to change trading hours at any time.
Current service hours run Sunday through to Saturday from 6:00am to 7:00pm. Sabrina Walsh Makeup Artistry is subject to charge an Out Of Hours Fee up to $100.00 in addition to the service fee, per client out of hours. Special considerations may be made for commercial or large bookings and are decided at the discretion of Sabrina Walsh Makeup Artistry on a case by case basis.
BRIDAL DEPOSITS:
Client is required to pay an upfront deposit of $300.00, this is non refundable and non transferable. Without payment of the deposit by the date listed on the quote, your booking is not secure and will require a new quote.
One payment transaction, of the full remaining amount is due before the date listed on the quote. All funds must be cleared into the account listed below, before this date, or Sabrina is not required to perform any services. If funds are not cleared, your booking will be cancelled and the date will reopen to the public and deposit will be forfeited.
QUOTES:
No reduction in the number of makeup applications are allowed after the initial quote is accepted. Any additional numbers, changes in location or timing on the day will be accommodated where possible to Sabrina’s discretion.
No reduction to the cost amount on the quote can be made after the initial quote is accepted. Any additional cost amounts such as undisclosed parking or travel fee's, that aren't previously organised by the client will be sent as a separate invoice to the client.
BRIDAL CANCELATIONS & RESCHEDULING:
If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, please notify Sabrina ASAP. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, therefore will not be refunded in the case of any cancellation.
It is at Sabrina’s discretion whether she approves your request to reschedule.
If Sabrina doesn’t feel like she is the right fit for you, she is liable to cancel the booking and refund the deposit amount. Sabrina will not offer refunds or any form of compensation for services which have been completed.

OTHER:
In the rare event that Sabrina is unavailable to attend the appointment and provide her services on the scheduled booking date, she will try her best to find a similar calibre artist for the client. In this situation only, to Sabrina’s discretion, will the booking amount be refunded or transferred to the new artist. However the limit of liability, is a full refund of all monies paid for the services for the affected date only.
Sabrina Walsh Makeup Artistry reserves the right to use any/all photographs or film for portfolio, social media, and promotional use.
